MyMAClub Core - First 12 Months Offer

This offer is supplied by MYMACLUB (AUST) PTY LTD (ABN 81 700 788 272). It provides a 100% discount on the MyMA Core package only for the first 12 months from activation of the approved venue. It is not free access to all MyMAClub services and does not provide free software indefinitely.

Each invitation applies once to one approved physical venue, its stated legal entity and ABN. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, combined with another promotion or used for additional venues or POS licences. Each additional location requires separate approval. The invitation redemption deadline is separate from the 12-month service period. Sending or opening an invitation does not start that period.

Places are allocated through private invitations to approved locations. A place used by an accepted offer does not become available again when its promotional period ends.

The Core package inclusions and limits shown at acceptance apply. Hardware, additional devices, paid add-ons, other packages, EFTPOS rental, payment processing and third-party charges are excluded. Eligible extras may be purchased separately at their disclosed prices and under their own subscription conditions. The offer does not require the venue to change its EFTPOS provider; integrated EFTPOS is not included.

After the first 12 months, continued use of Core is paid at the monthly or annual Core price applicable at that time, according to the billing cycle the customer selects and accepts. The current price is a reference only, not a price guarantee for a future renewal. MyMAClub will disclose the then-current price, GST treatment and subscription conditions before the customer confirms paid continuation. There is no automatic paid conversion under this offer. Without that confirmation, promotional operational access ends; no Core renewal charge is authorised. Separately purchased add-ons retain their own disclosed terms.

The authorised representative accepts the Platform Terms and these offer conditions electronically before activation and receives a copy. These offer conditions prevail over general automatic-renewal wording only for this promotional Core period. A previously signed Founding Venue agreement is not replaced by this offer without a separate agreed change.

The Privacy Policy and the Platform Terms govern account data, security, exports and closure. Expiry is not an instruction to delete transaction records. Customers should arrange their exports before operational access ends and may contact support@mymaclub.com about access to retained records. Statutory retention and deletion obligations remain applicable.

Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact support@mymaclub.com for assistance or a copy of your accepted offer.

The offer does not authorise MyMAClub to publish the venue name or use identifiable commercial metrics. Those permissions are requested separately.
